Process

Four phases.
Built like a product.

Every project moves through the same four phases. Each ends in a deliverable so you always know where the work is — and where it's going next.

01

Discovery

Audience, stakes, decision being asked of the room. We map the deck to the outcome before opening a file.

Deliverable · Brief + outline
02

Story structure

Slide-by-slide narrative draft in plain text. Every slide earns its place. Approvals before pixels.

Deliverable · Narrative doc
03

Visual design

System, typography, charts, custom illustration. Two rounds, no surprises, exported in the format you actually use.

Deliverable · Final deck
04

Motion & delivery

Optional animated build, rehearsal cuts, presenter notes. Handoff in Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, or all three.

Deliverable · Motion + handoff
Founders on Presdeck

What the rooms said next.

A small sample. Most clients prefer not to talk about their fundraise publicly — and we like it that way.

★★★★★
Presdeck rebuilt our Series A in nine days. We closed the round oversubscribed two weeks later. They don't just design slides — they pressure-test the story.”

The motion keynote shipped on a Thursday and trended on tech Twitter by Saturday. It looked like Apple made it. Our enterprise pipeline tripled the next month.”

We replaced an in-house design hire with a Presdeck subscription. Higher quality, half the cost, and the board decks went from a Sunday-night scramble to a calm Wednesday review.”

FAQ

The questions we get most.

Still unclear on something? Send us a note — we usually reply within a business day.

What's your typical turnaround on a pitch deck?
A focused 12–16 slide pitch deck ships in 10 business days from kickoff. Fundraising sprints (Growth tier) are 14 days end-to-end. If you have a hard date — board meeting, demo day — tell us, and we'll either commit or tell you straight that we can't.
Do you work on investor decks under NDA?
Always. Most of our fundraising work is under NDA — the portfolio above is a small slice of public-permission projects, often with visuals re-imagined. We're happy to sign yours before any conversation, and we never reuse strategy, narrative, or financial assumptions across clients.
How does the AI presentation workflow actually work?
We build a brand-locked template — typography, charts, custom slide blocks — and connect it to a generation step trained on your tone and structure. Your team prompts with a doc or outline; the system produces on-brand drafts your design lead reviews. It's a tool that makes your team faster, not a replacement for taste.
Can you redesign an existing deck?
Yes — and we usually start there. A redesign reveals whether the underlying story is the problem. Sometimes you need pixels; often you need a re-cut of the narrative first. We'll tell you honestly which one this is before quoting.
How does the subscription work? Can we pause it?
It's month-to-month. You queue requests, we work on one at a time, and you can pause or cancel before any renewal. Most clients use it as an embedded studio for board decks, all-hands, sales updates, and quarterly narratives — but the queue is yours to direct.
What file formats do you deliver in?
Whatever your team actually uses — Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, Google Slides, or all four with shared assets. For motion keynotes we deliver in Keynote (animated) plus an MP4 master for stage playback or embed.
